'McRefugees' Night Time

As I entered some of the McDonalds at various odd hours of the night to capture these images, I was struck by how the colourful restaurant was converted into a hibernation den for some of the city’s unfortunate.
"This is a familiar place, with familiar faces. These people are all wanderers, some come for a short while, others a long time. Most of them don't have a home. They have nowhere else to go."
My images are a testament to the impact left on locals by the deficit of affordable housing prevalent in the city.
